Julie Worley
Title: Director of HR Consulting

My favorite aspect of living in Northern California: I enjoy the relaxed Northern California lifestyle, centered on family life and the outdoors. Having so much to see and do – right in our own backyard – has made me proud to call Northern California my home. We are truly fortunate to live in such a great state.
Julie brings more than 20 years of human resource experience to the HR Done Right team. She holds four industry designations: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and SHRM California Employment Law Micro-Credential. She is a past chapter president of the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association (SAHRA), where she has also served as Vice President of Professional Development. Julie received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Julie has also been an instructor for the HR Certification Institute certification preparation course at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. She is a trusted voice in the HR community and has been featured in local radio as well as state and national publications, addressing topics such as workplace violence, paternity leave, and the Fair Labor Standards Act to name a few. Why I enjoy providing Human Resource services? Every day in Human Resources is different and interesting. It is especially rewarding to take time to understand the bigger picture of an organization or department along with their unique needs and goals. Understanding each business that I work with allows me to “think outside the box” to assist employees, managers, and company leaders in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Kimberly Parker
Title: Client Services & Operations Manager
Hometown: Sacramento, CA
My favorite aspect of living in Northern California: While I am originally from Chico, I have called Sacramento home for almost 10 years. When I am not at work, you could probably find my husband and I at a winery in Amador or spending time in Tahoe. We love being so close to our favorite places.
Kimberly has over eight years of HR experience across a range of industries, including manufacturing, staffing and recruitment, and government consulting. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and a minor in Project Management from California State University, Chico. She also holds two industry-leading certifications: the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) and the Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca). Why I enjoy providing Human Resource services: I enjoy providing assistance to employers during critical moments. Whether an HR professional has left unexpectedly, or a company is transitioning to outsourced HR services, our team is there to guide and support clients through these challenges.
Elizabeth Bethancourt

My favorite aspect of living in Northern California: Living in Northern California is a delight. Since moving here, I have felt so spoiled living in proximity to so many cool places like Lake Tahoe, Napa, and San Fransico – there is never a dull weekend on my calendar! The California sunshine and lack of humidity is also a huge plus.
Elizabeth graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and leadership and management. With over five years of experience in the HR field, she is a driven professional motivated by self-growth and a strong passion for people operations. Why I enjoy providing Human Resources services: I like being a supporting character, putting in the work behind the scenes to make the show run smoothly. I am incredibly fascinated by the little details and inspired by a strong determination to help people. In addition, I love learning and growing as a professional – human resources gives me the opportunity to discover new information on a daily basis!
Sandra Granada

My favorite aspect of living in Northern California: I love living in Northern California with my family. We enjoy the outdoors from the coast to the mountains by camping and taking extended road trips. While the West Coast has always been my home, I love to travel throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Sandra brings over 20 years of executive-level administrative support to the HR Done Right team. Sandra has worked in numerous industries and public sectors including banking, hospitality, public affairs, and both local county and city offices. Her experience in project management and business development is a great asset to her role at HR Done Right. Laurie Rood

In addition to being president of HR Done Right, Laurie is the founder of Benefits Done Right. She is a results-driven, compassionate and compliance oriented broker who partners with companies to recruit and retain top talent. Many business owners refer to Laurie as a key partner and trusted advisor with a depth of industry knowledge. Laurie is a Certified Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional. Her agency has received a “Healthiest Employer” award from the Sacramento Business Journal and Laurie is a past recipient of the Broker of the Year award from the Sacramento Association of Health Underwriters. Why I founded HR Done Right: In an ever-changing compliance intensive environment HR has taken a front seat. We are going to be there for our clients.
